
Hallett DuraFlo, our newest generation of gutter covers, is proudly made in the USA from 0.24 gauge aluminum. Hallett DuraFlo is a solid hood product that can be quickly and easily installed directly over the existing gutters to cover the entire gutter. It fits on the gutter’s outer edge, and is screwed directly into it and under the first row of shingles and recommended for 4/12 - 8/12 roof pitch. Hallett DuraFlo is made with a reverse S curve design with holes in the middle of the panel to allow water to roll down the outer area. Available separately, the Hallett DuraFlo Inside Corner Ports are designed to accommodate heavy rainfall as well as gutters with increased water flow due to having an inside valley, which can increase the water flow by 8-20%.

HALLETT DURA FLO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation tools required: Cordless Drill, Tin Snips, Safety Glasses
1. Prior to installation, thoroughly clean the gutters and downspouts.
2. Adjust the back edge of each panel to allow for correct roof pitch.
3. Slide the back edge of the panel between the starter row and the first row of shingles.
4. Attach panel to lip of gutter with provided zip screws at 7 inches from each end of panel- DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
5. Continue installation by interlocking the next panel with the current panel. Overlap the back edge to lock panels in place.
6. Attach end caps (sold separately) at the end of each gutter run to prevent pests from nesting in gutter. Position the end cap inside of the gutter end. Trim or bend end cap to fit, making sure the panel is completely covered to prevent pests from entering. Secure end cap to panel with ½ inch zip screws.
7. For outside corners, miter panels to overlap by ½ inch and use zip screws to secure the panels together.
8. For inside corners, miter panels to overlap by ½ inch and use zip screws to secure the panels together. In areas of high-water flow, optionally install pre-made inside ports (sold separately)
