Hallett Louver Flo is made in the USA, and is installed by sliding underneath the initial row of shingles then fastened to the outer lip of the gutter. Hallett Louver Flo covers the entire gutter with no gap, with the louvers designed with an airflow system that allows debris to be blown away or washed over the side while the louvers pull the water into the gutter.
Hallett Louver Flo is designed for some customization to allow the shingles to lay more true, specifically for higher or lower pitched roofs.

Very nice product. All of the ends of the pieces were smashed or bent so that I had to hack saw them off in order to be able to clip them onto the gutter.
