Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@hallettguttercover.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Depending on the situation, we may provide a return shipping label or arrange for pickup. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

Returns resulting from customer error, including ordering the wrong item, ordering the wrong quantity, or changing your mind after purchase, are subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer

These fees will be deducted from the refund amount once the return has been received and inspected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees and return shipping charges. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
