Hallett Small Hole Gutter Screen is designed with a case-style lip, and is made using powder coated 22-gauge galvanized steel here in the USA. Hallett Small Hole Gutter Screen is a compression-fit product with 3/16” holes that is installed by pressing the screen against the inside of the gutter over the hanger, then popping it into place on the outer lip. The step-down allows the screen to sit a little higher so you don’t have the risk of any of the hanger screws becoming an issue in installation

Hallett Small Hole Gutter Screen's case-style lip on the outer edge is designed so it presses against the top of the gutter channel, and are also available flat or with a step-down in the back that goes inside the gutter. (The step-down is a ledge that allows the screen to fit over hangers that have screws protruding.)

Small Hole 5” screen .

5” screen small hole is used on 6” seamless gutters for metal roof. The screen is perfect for installing on the gutter on the ground before hanging. I’ve never had an issue with any mesh leaf guards from Hallet.
